· CX-Pin routing supervisor-creating a client service relationship to ensure the easy accessibility of our CX agents to both clients & internal communications

· Assigning cases to both imports and exports CX agents

· Stock transfer to the production,

· Warehouse processes controls and housekeeping,

· Ensuring quality of stacking and bin storage, daily/weekly & monthly stock count to ensure a Warehouse integrity,

· Process and load the returns,

· Forklift inspections, filing of shipments loading and picking sheets,

· ensure all healthy, safety, quality and environmental regularity requirements are always adhered to.

· Raw material:

· Receiving trucks with liquid malt and glucose from ingrain.

· Submit samples for LAB testing before offloading,

· Offload trucks into tankers,

· Data capturing of glucose and malt cubes consumed,

· Monitoring tanks levels and negotiating with the planning department for the upcoming loads.
