- Reviewed processes, identifying areas that required improvement. Developed, implemented and tracked two continuous improvement initiatives that led to savings of R56 million over 3 years.
- Collaborate with technician from different departments to address operating issues, support rapid recovery and minimize service disruptions. This led to reduced equipment down-time, and high & stable production volumes
- Developed documentation, diagrams and specifications to meet project requirements and regulatory standards.
- Created process simulations to test operational outcomes without inducing service disruptions. This allowed for real-time process optimization.
- Established project schedules and monitored tasks to meet milestones during each phase.
