I am able and willing to work under pressure to deliver and achieved set goals - Have the patience also a good team player as well as ability to build and maintain good working relationships .With over 2 years and 5months experience as a Call Centre Agent. I am focused on meeting customer needs building retention, satisfying operational goals and having the ability to meet targets, work under pressure also keeps cool when speaking with angry customers. In addition I am resourceful analytical and an excellent trouble-shooter.

I am also good in tackling problems head on / problem solver , Furthermore I believe that my skills can play a vital role in your organization, I, only if am given a chance to prove myself .As an Extension of my inclination to analyze everything ,I intend to analyze my actions
