- Conduct mapping, with the guidance of the Structural Programme Coordinator, to identify hots spots to mobilise AGYW for HIV prevention.
- Draw on knowledge of the target community to identify Community-–Based Organisations, youth structures, youth ambassadors and Community Health Workers to support the mobilisation efforts.
- Conduct pre-screening to identify vulnerable AGYW Educate (AGYW) about HIV and available prevention services
- Implement effective case management strategies in accordance with the case management standard operating procedures
