2. Classroom Management skills. I mark class register, I attend parent -teacher meeting, I have prepared my lesson notes, Assessing learners and give feedback, Decorating classroom with productive chart. Encouraging learners to learn and monitor absenteeism.
3. Adaptability and growth mind. I attended teachers workshop for Languages , Business Studies and EMS which has equipped me to conduct my lesson effectively. I always network with neighboring schools and partner with a colleague to learn together.
4. Passion for teaching. I love working with young people and wish to make a positive influence on people's live, teaching is a job with a lot of variation and challenges, I enjoy the freedom and creativity that education provides.
