- My main responsibilities were doing due diligence and making sure service providers were paid by their respective deadlines.
- In accounts receivables I had to make sure the company was paid on time that consisted of following up with clients daily.
- With administration and Procurement, it was my responsibility to keep the entire office flowing seamlessly through making sure everything from the printer to the bathroom was stocked. This required refreshing all consumables, asset management and reception work from time to time.
