  • Manage daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with SAPC regulations and Company standards. Thus enhancing holistic approach toward quality healthcare service delivery.
  • Supervise an efficient pharmacy team and the Clinic Nursing Professional.Thus cultivating a cohesive environment between the two health professions, sustainable through weekly meetings (every Wednesday) and training (CPD's + products training).
  • Emphasize on existing and implemented new inventory management systems with primary focus on wasteful expenditure. Previous audit (2023) finding, team and I collectively reduced it by at most 60%.
  • Acquired an A Grade certificate with SAPC post an inspection conducted in June 2024. Encouraged the team and kept them informed at all times, improved the budget sales to above100% for 3consecutive quarters in 2024 (amongst meeting all other company targets).
  • Trained and mentored 2xLPB, who progressed to Qualified Post Basic Pharmacist Assistants in 2025. I considered the pharmacy structure, and managed to secure permanent positions for them at the Pharmacy (in collaboration with the Area Manager). Enabled and trained the second Pharmacist to grow leadership skills, she has been promoted to a pharmacy manager at another Clicks Pharmacy.
  • Actively involved in the hiring process of a PN- Professional Nurse (conducted interviews for 2personnel). They both managed to ensure that effective and efficient Clinic services are delivered and the clientele is established. PN consistently meets clinic targets (incl. obtaining above 115% monthly budget sales) and adheres to Nursing Act Regulations and Company standards. i.e Client X had a heart attack in the store whilst paying for medication, PN offered emergency services. I supervised, delegated, informed family members, and calmed the situation until an ambulance arrived in an hour. Client X life was saved and later commended the team as a whole for the quality and holistic services offered.
  • Approval and participation in Clinic Campaigns, involving the community we serve and collaboratively with other stake holders e.g Medical Aids.
  • Actively involved in disciplinary measures or processes in case of a misconduct. And also handling customer complaints (There's been one in 2024 and only one in 2025) appreciated a decrease in this aspect.
  • Make certain that stock take preparation (weekly cycle counts) are done appropriately and timely. Responsible of 3 in my tenure, below 0.1% variance achieved with 0.3% set target.

  • Implemented and trained the Pharmacy team on CCMDD. Liaised with the personnel from DOH responsible for ensuring that the programme is run and efficient. Pick up points visit was conducted and phase 1 of implementation was conducted.
  • Assisted with conflict management at dispensary, whenever necessary.
  • Attending Ideal Hospital meetings with my colleague and supervisor. Entrusted with implementation thereafter, to ensure that most if not all challenges are laid out and the required standards are met.
