• Electrical knowledge and skills, perform tasks safely in different industries such as hand tools and power tools.
• Learned fundamentasl of electricity, identification and correct use of electrical components and testing, understanding of symbols, design and wiring of circuits, basic on PLC and soft start including fault finding on it.
• We further learned cable termination, joining and glanding.
• Basic of arc welding, gas welding and gas cutting.

Maintenance and Repairs:

Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults in machinery, equipment, and the facility's electrical systems. This includes tasks like replacing damaged parts,

fixing wiring issues, and ensuring equipment functionality.

Installation:

Installing new electrical systems and equipment, including wiring, fixtures, and control systems. This involve interpreting blueprints and schematics.

Preventive Maintenance:

Conducting routine inspections, checks, and maintenance tasks on electrical equipment and systems according to a schedule. This helps prevent

breakdowns and ensures optimal performance.

Troubleshooting:

Identifying the root cause of electrical problems using diagnostic tools and techniques. This requires a strong understanding of electrical systems and

components.

Safety Compliance:

Ensuring all electrical work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company procedures. This includes proper use of personal protective

equipment (PPE) and following safe work practices.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including any parts replaced or work performed.

Coordination and Communication:

Coordinating with other team members, external suppliers, and the Technical Manager on maintenance and repair activities.

Specific Tasks:

Interpreting blueprints and schematics: Understanding technical drawings to guide installation and repair work.

Working with various electrical equipment: Including motors, transformers, circuit breakers, switchgear, and other components.

Using electrical and electronic test instruments: Such as multimeters, AMP meters, Megger, and phase rotation meters.

Maintaining and operating hand and power tools:

Ensuring their proper use and safety.

Reclaiming redundant electrical equipment: Disposing of or repurposing old equipment in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.

Extending cables and replacing light globes: Performing these tasks according to safety protocols.

Isolating and testing electrical apparatus:

Prior to commencing work to ensure safety.

Submitting reports:

Providing updates on work completed and any issues encountered.
