My career Started at the Nation Health Laboratory Services as a Business/ Functional Analyst. I was then part of the Implementation team for Performance Management, Learning Management and iRecruitment. I took up the role of training the whole organization then after supporting the talent management modules together with HR Core.
For further growth I then joined ICT- Works where I was solely responsible for implementing Talent Management (Performance Management, Learning Management, Succession Planning and iRecruitment) on all three of their Oracle Projects (TCTA, RTMC and ATNS).
I then joined EOH for the SASSA (South African Security Services Agency) contract, where I was responsible for the Requirement gathering and implementation of Performance Management which went live in March 2018. I also worked on HCM business functional requirements and support calls.
ULwembu took up the SASSA contract after EOH which is my recent employer, where I continued with HCM doing business/functional requirement and support calls and later was responsible for Implementing iRecruitment which went live in July 2021. ULwembu's contract with SASSA came to an end in September of 2021 and the new company opted to utilize their own resources.
I have recently occupied a role as a Process Engineer at MTN contracted with Muluma Consulting Group, where I am responsible for the HCM processes for Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud.
