I can provide guidance and support to the directorate and faculty members, create a vision for the future, motivate staff, make informed decisions, and experiment with new approaches. I trust my assessment and analytic abilities to fully engage work environment and make informed decisions that will take faculty development and support to the intended destination. My passion for student success drives programmes and projects that I initiate and support both in faculty and in the centre.
