Supervision and Team Management

• Lead and supervise installation crew,Assign daily tasks and targets to workers
• Monitor productivity and workmanship quality
• Train and mentor junior staff and artisans
• Oversee installation of DC string cable,Inverters and combiner boxes,LV cabling and trenches.
• Ensure work is done according to drawings and specifications

Safety Management

• Ensure use of PPE (including snake gaiters,helmets,gloves ,etc)

• Compile quality control packs and all quality documentation for the project
• Perform visual inspections on field instruments and electrical components, material receiving inspections upon arrival of electrical and instrumentation equipments.

• Perform leak test on tubing installation and pneumatic instruments
• Conducted regular testing of critical controls devices ensuring optimal performance and reducing the risk of process deviations
