I am a postgraduate student currently completing my MA in Development Studies at the University of Johannesburg, fueled by a deep interest in how institutions work and how policy can actually change lives. My academic journey in Political Science has taught me that governance isn't just about theory, it’s about consistency, accountability and the people it serves. Whether I’m diving into comparative research or drafting detailed reports, I bring a high level of dedication and a sharp eye for detail. I am looking to transition from the world of academic research into a practical role within the HWSETA, where I can use my background in public policy to support provincial operations and contribute to the vital work of skills development in our country.
