I am non-motor claims desktop insurance assessor with 10 years’ experience and knowledge of short-term insurance, specializing in commercial and personal lines buildings and contents claims. Daily tasks include receiving new claims, contacting relevant parties (e.g. brokers or clients) to request outstanding documentation, appointing contractors (if applicable) to determine quantum and merits of the claim, refer to the policy contract to check over, then contacting relevant parties to discuss findings and final outcomes of the claim.
