  • Reconcile all amounts brought forward on rent statements and ensure that balances outstanding on vacated tenants are recorded.
  • Distribute monthly rental statements ensuring that all rental statements are checked and delivered to tenants according to the deadline date and that queries related statements are resolved promptly.
  • Prepare a daily Mall Currency transaction reconciliation.
  • Calculation of turnover rental due and forward to Financial Administration Manager.
