Review the Food safety management system in accordance with latest legislation
Maintenance of PRP e.g
Hygiene and sanitation programmes
Conduct quality and food safety induction including visitors
Drive foreign object hunt on site
Conduct GMP inspection , track findings and report findings
Participating in internal audits Programs for the site i.e., GMP requirements
Conduct incoming raw materials and packaging materials
Conducted and recorded visual quality control tests
Conducted and recorded physical quality control tests
On the line monitoring and recording of quality and food safety parameters with reference valid recipes, QAS and internal procedures
Participate on the daily sensory evaluation on final product
Analysis of Final and shelf-life products according to product test checklist
Participate in monthly stock take count
Management of document control and reviews
Collection of samples for analysis as required
Assist with food safety equipment verification
Raise non-conformance using Shopware and drive the closure
Ensured that records were completed, accurately and that retention samples were collected and handled as required
Report any non-conformance to the Line Supervisor and QC Supervisor
Manage the disposition on non-conformances
Inspected the date code and batch code application ensuring that it is correct and legible
Identify and report any discrepancies or non-compliance issues related to traceability
Assist Lab Technician and QMS and QA supervisor with any ad hoc tasks
