Overseeing the day to day activities of the ministry which include among others: Heading the Business and Financial Administration, Organizing workshops and trainings of the members of the ministry, Liaising with the safety and security and the social work officials in case there are differences and misunderstanding that may lead to injuries and grievously bodily hard. and to ensure that there is an environment conducive for peace, harmony and prosperity among the members of the ministry.
