Throughout my career spanning over 23 years, I have gained a wide range of skills and knowledge in various areas, such as financial management, accounting, information technology, strategy formulation and execution, change management and project management.
As a Co Founder & Director of Collective Impact (Pty) Ltd, I am responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of programs and strategies that are aligned with the organization's collective impact principles. I take the lead in ensuring that the five conditions of the collective impact framework are customized for each context and start with a common agenda, establishing shared measurement, encouraging continuous communication, and fostering mutual reinforcing activities.
I hold a Bachelor in Business Administration (Accounting Major & MIS Minor) and I am currently pursing re-registration to complete my Master of Business Administration that had been previously deferred. I am currently a student member of ACCA and on qualification I will also write the relevant exams to add the SAICA CA(SA) to my current BA(SA) designation from the Charted Institute of Business Accountants (CIBA, formerly SAIBA).

As the Finance & Administrative Associate I provided quality services in the areas of program finance and budget management in compliance with the relevant rules, guidelines, processes and procedures. My role was to deliver quality financial services to internal and external clients mastering and employing a client-oriented results-focused approach to interpreting the rules, procedures and guidelines.
