Summary

Throughout my career spanning over 23 years, I have gained a wide range of skills and knowledge in various areas, such as financial management, accounting, information technology, strategy formulation and execution, change management and project management.

As a Co Founder & Director of Collective Impact (Pty) Ltd, I am responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of programs and strategies that are aligned with the organization's collective impact principles. I take the lead in ensuring that the five conditions of the collective impact framework are customized for each context and start with a common agenda, establishing shared measurement, encouraging continuous communication, and fostering mutual reinforcing activities.

I hold a Bachelor in Business Administration (Accounting Major & MIS Minor) and I am currently pursing re-registration to complete my Master of Business Administration that had been previously deferred. I am currently a student member of ACCA and on qualification I will also write the relevant exams to add the SAICA CA(SA) to my current BA(SA) designation from the Charted Institute of Business Accountants (CIBA, formerly SAIBA).

I am capable of performing complex tasks and I am a highly skilled finance and information technology executive seeking to take part in helping both small and large organizations improve their efficiency for optimum impact. I also have a proven track record of working with clients and delivering efficient and effective services, through my very supportive attitude and servant leadership style.

As the Finance & Administrative Associate I provided quality services in the areas of program finance and budget management in compliance with the relevant rules, guidelines, processes and procedures. My role was to deliver quality financial services to internal and external clients mastering and employing a client-oriented results-focused approach to interpreting the rules, procedures and guidelines.

At the core of my function was the support of the delivery of UNFPA mandate in all settings through administrative, logistical and financial support to the Swaziland Country Office in order to strengthen the effectiveness of the office through quality substantive and financial reporting.


In doing so, I directly reported to the, Resident Representative and was directly responsible for:

  • Management of the finance/accounting, administration, HR Functions;
  • Was in charge of the implementing the financial, operational, procurement policies and procedures;
  • Budgeting, planning, monitoring, and reporting on the Support Budget;
  • Responsible for facilitation audit for all projects;

Accomplishments

  • Co Founded Pulpit of Love & Grace Foundation
  • Co founded Collective Impact (Pty) Ltd and in less than 8 years managed to grow annual turnover from R20,000 to over R2m.

Managed the Development and implementaiton of the Following Applications:

  • Uprite - This is our own Integrated Real Time Consulting Tool: This tool has now been successfully inegrated into the Meals on Wheels (MOWCS) charityinmotion.site. I was the project manager for the full charityinmotion.site integration project.
  • Integrated Internal Audit Application based on COSO model. I was responsible for the full development of this module and was the project lead during its succcesful integration into some of our applications, including MOWCS applicaitons and we also utilise this module for some of our own project impementaoins that require us to have an internal audit function.
  • Governance Application based on King IV. This has been also recently inegrated into the MOWCS cimsuite.site. I was the project lead on this integration project.
  • NPO management application is a fully inegrated system that has a beneficiary module, RBM module, Info hub and inerfaces with both our uprite module and King IV assessment module.
  • CIMSuite - Inegrated Health & safety assessment application. This is an application that I developed as suite of applications that we call CIMSuite, utilised as a warehouse management system for MOWCS. This system incoporates a Health and safety mosule, fleet management module, beneficiary services module and housekeeping module.
  • Automotive application - currently under development for a newly established car dealership in the Eastern Cape
  • Microprojects Application - This is project management application comissioned by MPCU in the Kingdom of Eswatini. integrates a Goverment Ministries module, engeeners module, service providers module, community projects and capital project modules
  • Custom accounting software - I was the project lead on both the devlopment and implementation of this system at Lusanda Mzantsi Trading Enterprise.
  • Results Based Management application. I have lead the successful integration of this module in all our projects. I also designed and developed the module.
  • Drinapp - This is a fully inegrated system that manages regions, municipalities and beneficiary services with service points by implementing partners of gevernment deparments. I lead both the development and implementaiton of this solution that was initially implemented on a DSD freestate project by the MOWCS free stae warehouse and then for a project involving the distibution to 85,000 fbeneficiaries by DSD eastern cape through MOWCS Eastern cape.
