I am Nkululeko Sbusiso Dladla, a highly experienced and passionate creative producer (radio and television). I am excited to apply for the Executive Producer position at East Coast Radio. I possess a deep passion for radio and a track record of producing engaging content, which is why I believe I'd be a strong fit for the role. I've spent years shaping and developing radio programming, from my leadership roles at Durban Youth Radio, where I served as News and Sport Editor as well as Head of Production, to my current work at Ukhozi FM, where I've helped transform the station's sports show. Along the way, I've had the privilege of working with some of South Africa's top radio and TV talents, including Samkelo Gambushe (Gagasi FM), Ayanda Nyuswa (Gagasi FM), Samkelo Cele (East Coast Radio), Olly Zondi (Africa Creative Agency - Netflix Actor) and Faheeda Crouch (East Coast Radio), among others. I've also worked closely with major brands like Heineken, MultiChoice, Nedbank, KFC, and MTN to secure impactful advertising partnerships that benefitted my shows and stations. Beyond radio, I've also expanded my expertise into television, working as a researcher for Chatroom on SABC, and contributing as a journalist for Soccer Laduma, Kick-Off Magazine, and UMAfrika. However, radio has always been my first love, and I'm eager to bring my production skills, industry knowledge, and creative vision to East Coast Radio.
