· File all customer record cards on a daily basis as per route planner, keeping all customer record cards/ PDA data base updated at all times.
· Re-grade pharmacies on an ongoing basis in line with set criteria and buying patterns.
· Ensure that promotional and trade discounts as well as bonus issues are in line with strategy
