Summary
I have always had a passion for technology and customer service, since a young age. I pursued this interest by studying Electrical Engineering in college, specializing in Light Current. After graduation, I worked as an Electrical Technician before transitioning to a Security Systems Technician. In this role, I was involved in installations for many high-profile shopping centers.
I then joined Omega as an AV Technician based at Anglo American,Vodacom and Eskom before moving to British Telecommunication as a Collaboration Engineer based at Sasol. I have since obtained my CCNA CyberOp and CCNA R&S certifications, and I am currently pursuing my CCNP certification and ITILv4 certification.
