Provide personnel administrative functions to employees to ensure employees' service
conditions are met
Record keeping and timeous availability of records, statistics, and information for
management and staff

Accurately process all employee documentation and submit it to relevant offices including but
not limited to Pension Fund, Medical Aid, Risk Pool, and Payroll to ensure that all processing
thereof is done timeously
Download SAP data, prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual statistical reports
including but not limited to employee movements, EE stats, overtime time, Age Analysis

Package Structuring for new employees and existing employees when required

Monitor and manage trade union representation according to the recognition

Facilitate disciplinary hearings and ensure procedural fairness and compliance with the
prescribed process
Maintain records of all disciplinary, grievance, and other employee relations processes
and ensure that updates are shared with the employee relations manager and
headquarters
Seek approval from line managers for shop stewards' releases
