Currently advancing my expertise with TCM in the same role as above additional advanced communication networks for different clients. My comprehensive journey began as a Lab Assistant at CPUT's IT Centre, where I honed my foundational technical skills. Progressing to roles with Arivia.Kom and CPUT, I developed a strong capability in network administration, software support, and IT infrastructure maintenance. At Altron Bytes Managed Solutions, I expanded my knowledge in IT Solutions Infrastructure, managing the rollout of key projects, configuring a variety of devices, and ensuring optimal customer service. Also expanded my knowledge on programming to a role of IT Solution Infrastructure Architect for Eastern Cape, this trajectory culminated in a leadership role as Field Services Manager, where I oversaw technical teams, managed company resources, and ensured smooth operations for large-scale IT projects. Through these experiences, I've mastered the nuances of vendor management, network troubleshooting, equipment auditing, and service analytics.
