As a student teacher who is fully trained in the CAPS curriculum, I did my teaching practice at the following school, Yellowwood Primary, where I created lessons that were learner-centered and catered to learners with a variety of learning styles, utilizing smart board technology. I formed co-operative learning groups, organized individual projects, and reinforced learning style research in every lesson that I created. Alternative assessment methods, such as portfolios, rubrics, and performance assessments, in combination with traditional tests, enable me to evaluate the learners individually and comprehensively.
