As a student teacher who is fully trained in the CAPS curriculum, I did my teaching practice at the following school, Yellowwood Primary, where I created lessons that were learner-centered and catered to learners with a variety of learning styles, utilizing smart board technology. I formed co-operative learning groups, organized individual projects, and reinforced learning style research in every lesson that I created. Alternative assessment methods, such as portfolios, rubrics, and performance assessments, in combination with traditional tests, enable me to evaluate the learners individually and comprehensively.

Guaranteed the safety of all students by adhering strictly to school policies regarding proper supervision during class times as well as extracurricular activities. Enabled effective learning experiences for students by using a variety of instructional techniques to meet their unique needs. Promoted a positive learning environment by establishing clear expectations and maintaining open lines of communication with students, parents, and staff. Contributed to a more organized classroom setting by maintaining accurate records on student attendance, assignments, and progress reports.
