• Manage trials, special requests and deviation investigations
• Liaise with Team Manager and Coordinator on quality deviations and equipment problems
• Assist Maintenance in maintenance planning, and assist with external supplier’s scope of work.
• Attend feedback meetings with Team Managers, Coordinator and Area Manager
• Generate month end executive reports.
• 6s Champion for plant and offices. Update of boards and improvement projects.
• Perform Gemba and LOTO audits.
• Manage plant projects by loading Scope’s, ECR’s, ECP’s and liaising with Projects on progress and completion.
• Perform mechanical drawing designs.
• Compile Business Case’s, Capex and Payback for projects.
• Implement TPM projects.
• Compile yearly procedure reviews per relevant areas.
• Assist with monthly stock take.
• Perform F&D Manager standby.
