- Responsible for the timely and accurate execution of distribution plans for assets
- Developing project plans for operating inventory management systems and management of tools for the asset accountability
- Supervise repository inventory and distribution operations
- Analyzing data to monitor performance and plan improvements and demand.
- Oversee the inspection of facilities housing material and other Program assets to ensure stock rotation and readiness
- Input of data into the Inventory Management System upon receipt or issue of products/equipment
- Responsible for meeting inventory management’s goals and objectives
- Liaising and negotiating with customers and suppliers.
- Participate/conduct quarterly Quality Assurance and Quality Checks on all Program assets

- Manage exceptions relevant to the planning function.
- Analyze/adjust inventory levels to coincide with lead time changes. Build a close relationship with the buyer to ensure on time deliveries and MRP parameter maintenance. (e.g. lead times)
- Daily material/production planning based on customers' orders
- Work with technical team to plan and maximize materials to maintain optimum usage. Responsible for the availability of material/production/maintenance orders as in accordance with the production/maintenance/stock plan.
- Interface with Business Operations, QA, Production and Technical teams on changes of inventory content and quantity
- Monitor program inventory holding level based on monthly inventory report and analyzed inventory turns, potential obsolescence and inventory/sales ratio
- Process customer sales orders and coordinate with various departments and related parties in ensuring orders are delivered on time
- Optimize loading capacity and monitor movement of finished goods so to minimize retention period of finished goods
- Liase with production personnel and ensure that plans and operations (capacity and materials) are in line.
- Provide production/material and consumption statistics.
- Minimize stock outs and negative impact on the business by making use of MRP exceptions and to initiate recovery plans.
- Reduce the number of rushed requisitions and the efficient procurement of material
- To manage planned against actuals and to take action to correct the deviations. Closing out of orders in the same time period as the actual delivery.
