  • Compiling and consolidating disposal register for Head Office and Provinces compliant with National Treasury Regulation. Ensuring that all procedures and processes for disposing assets of Department are correctly followed (e.g writing of submissions, donation letters and etc.)
  • Recording and ensuring that assets that are disposed, lost and transferred to and out of Department are correctly adjusted on BAUD system and necessary documentation are provided
  • Compile Asset note which fits to Departmental financial statement and ensuring that it reconcile to asset registers
  • Attending to internal and external audit queries and findings.
  • Administers leave and other human resource related requirements in directorate
  • Providing guidance to staff on compliance of relevant policies and mentoring interns in the unit
