I was selected for Team Leader Development, Unit Manager Development as i was showing great results through my journey and growth in the company until i was appointed as a Technical Training Controller. Within a space of a year i was promoted as Performance and Continues Improvement Manager. Then became a Packaging Manager for the biggest Brewery in Africa
