• Participating in the analysis of existing workflows and process to customise and design the new system
• Involved in the SAT (Solution Acceptance Testing) together with IFS Functional Consultants in liaison with Business Owners

• Involved in the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) in consultation with Business Owners
• Deployment, data migration and testing on Mock and Data Migration Environment
• Conduct CRIM (Customisation Reports Interface & Modification) testing, data validation and issues resolution
• Conduct and give guidance during training for End Users
• Executing production transactions (Planning, Processing, Basic & Master data review and updates) while ensuring that the data checks out with the existing production reports
• Maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reporting procedures for production, metal recovery, and plant cost efficiencies for Metal Accounting purposes
• Water management and consumption.

• Ensure full compliance with HSEQ policies, standards, and regulations; while promoting good Safety, Health, and Environmental practices in all working sections
• Design, costing, and reporting of Metallurgical testwork programmes in liaison with Operations Manager
• Inventory, consumption management, optimisation, costing and reporting of reagents and grinding media
• Daily running of the Plant (Crusher, DMS, MF2) and optimisation of the process; evaluation and interpretation of results
• Management, training, and guiding of Metallurgists (including Graduates/Interns), Process Operators, and external stakeholders in quality plant operations, safety and time management and enhance productivity and efficiency
• Partaking in management meetings and as standby official on weekends
• Perform any other reasonable tasks as assigned by line management
• Analysing the quality and dosing of reagents - PGM flotation and oxidised PGM flotation, as well as performing metallurgical calculations
• Maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reporting procedures for production, metal recovery, and plant cost efficiencies for Metal Accounting purposes
• Identify and implement approved cost savings on new and existing projects
• Water management and consumption
• Running sampling campaigns for projects and improvement purposes
• Preparation of process sampling and analysis; interpret and report resulting data and equipment selection and sizing; in liaison with the Operations Manager
• This includes but not limited to crushers, screens, conveyors, hydro cyclones, classifiers, thickeners, pumps, filter presses, and other mineral processing minerals
• Conduct benchmarking and remain current to new technologies relevant to the concentrator.

Evaluation of results and interpretation and conducting both hot and batch floats.

Ensuring Operators adhere to plant operating parameters.
Perform any other reasonable tasks as assigned by Plant Metallurgist and line management.
Analysing the quality and dosing of reagents - PGM flotation and oxidised PGM flotation, as well as performing recovery calculations.

Assist in calculating ball and beads loading in the mills.
Assist in presenting quarterly progress technical reports to Line Management.
Maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reporting procedures for production, metal recovery, and plant cost efficiencies for Metal Accounting purposes.
Identify and implement approved cost savings on new and existing projects.
Running sampling campaigns for projects and improvement purposes and performing the plant and mineral processing mass balance campaigns and optimise mineral processing flow diagrams.
Assist technical management to prepare process sampling and analysis, interpret and report resulting data to line management as well as assisting in equipment selection and sizing.
Working with NxGN consultants in the development, monitoring, evaluation, and review of the online reporting platform.
