I have over 5 years of experience working in the cellar, where I’ve gained strong hands-on skills in all stages of wine production — from harvest and fermentation through to blending and bottling. Along the way, I completed SKOP Levels 1–4 and recently finished a learnership in winemaking, which gave me both practical knowledge and a deeper understanding of the craft. I’m comfortable operating cellar and harvest equipment, supervising seasonal staff, and ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely. What drives me most is being part of the winemaking process and contributing to producing quality wine.
