I am part of a central team called RETAIL CREDIT LAB: Data & Analytics that has enabled me to work on a broad scope of content across the whole of Retail in the bank, some projects I have worked on include:

• Taxi book analysis : there was an emerging credit risk on the Taxi book and I contributed to the solution by developing a detailed dashboard that is used to provide monthly analysis for the taxi book in MFC including impairments profile movements, Credit Loss Ratio, growth trends, stage migrations and coverage total .
• CLR analysis : built a detailed dashboard that is used to provide analysis for the Credit Loss Ratio across all Retail products.
• Stage 3 Health analysis : developed a report that is used to update stage 3 health data which is essentially the analysis of account’s performance after they go into default i.e what happens to this accounts after they enter stage 3 .
• Nedbank Commercial Banking analysis : built a power BI Dashboard that has a view of Recovery Managers' MoM & YTD performances on NCB Legal Recoveries . Performance are measured by showing each NCB legal account's Monthly & YTD Recovery, Cost of recovery & Write Offs .
• Detailed analytics across the whole of Retail : I was involved with multiple analytics reports used to monitor and evaluate the performance of retail credit products .
• Prepared and presented reports and recommendations to senior management within and outside my team, providing insights into impairments profile movements and opportunities for improvement across all products .

• Backstopped the front-end team in developing the Mindworx academy website and student portal
• Participated in real-world projects utilising programming languages such as Python, SQL, Java, vb.net etc

• Organized study schedules and prepared students for examinations in Mathematics, University Calculus and Actuarial Statistics
