• Carried out basic assembly, wiring, crimping, soldering, and rework of electronic and electromechanical components under supervision, following detailed procedures, drawings, and work instructions.
• Assisted with testing and basic troubleshooting of equipment, while helping to identify and log defects or non-conformances for follow-up by senior technicians.

I currently work as a Production Team Leader, where I plan and communicate daily production tasks and targets for electronics assembly, coordinate workflow across workstations, and assign responsibilities to ensure efficient execution, and on-time delivery. I lead a production team in achieving set targets, maintaining high-quality standards in electronic and electro-mechanical builds, and meeting strict deadlines in a complex, high-precision environment. I resolve conflicts between team members to maintain group harmony, encourage collaboration, and sustain productivity, while closely monitoring worker behaviours and enforcing ESD, safety, and quality standards to protect sensitive components and ensure compliance. I record daily production activities, compile build and test data, and prepare performance reports for management to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement, and I lead regular team meetings to review progress, address technical concerns, and operational issues. I am responsible for managing the incident log system to ensure all quality procedures are followed.
