• Setting up tests, administering and scoring psychological tests as defined in competencies for a Psychometrist and/or learner in terms of the Psychometrics development program
• Responsible for timing tests and recording results
• Interprets test results considering standard norms, and limitations of test in terms of validity and reliability
• Provides a written summary of the candidate's behavior during testing, including interactions with the candidate's peers and immediate managers that may be observed incidentally
• Establishing client job requirements; with competency identification to guide the assessment process.
• Reviews and ensure timeliness, accuracy, availability and security of information
• Compile assessment pricing list
• Provide client quotations and invoicing of assessment tools
• Responsible for engaging with various Service Lines to get candidates booked and schedule and manage assessment program
• Maintain updated versions of all psychometric assessments on assessment laptops and ensure that all the test materials are available prior to the start of the test
• Manage relationships with external service providers.
• Provide support for product testing cycles and system pre-implementation training
• Manage product queues on query logging system
• Prepare data extracts, reporting, loading, and analytics
• Maintain training materials and monitor adherence to IT governance

• Assisted with the collection and analysis of the Directorates workforce profile
• Identified under-represented and over-represented groups
• Responsible for the analysis of policies, procedures, and work environment in terms of identified barriers to transformation
• Identify strategies and Affirmative Action measures to improve under-representation and barriers identified
• Assisted with the development and review of Departmental Employment Equity Plans.
• Consolidated and submitted Employment Equity Annual and quarterly report
• Coordinated the recruitment and selection of people with disabilities
• Coordinated Employment Equity Forum meetings and activities.
