I am a dedicated horticulturist with code 10/C1 drivers license, passionate about sustainable and innovative plant management. With practical experience in soil health, plant propagation, identification, pest management, irrigation systems, and estate landscaping, I focus on promoting biodiversity and eco-friendly gardening. In addition to my studies, I volunteer through university-led community engagement activities, where I teach primary school children about sustainable gardening and planting. Beyond horticulture, I've developed strong communication, empathy, and leadership skills through roles such as a peer helper in student counseling and participation in the Community Engagement Student Academy, where I mentored grade 12 learners. Online leadership courses at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology further strengthened my ability to guide and support others in achieving growth and success.
