Senior Safety Officer
- Establishing Health & Safety Program and administrating it by means of the Health & Safety File & site visit (sub-contractor)
- Liaising with internal and external customers as well as relevant statutory bodies
- Conducting and coordinating internal and external safety audits
- Maintaining set targets related to site safety (LTIFR, MTC's, Near misses)
- Developing, implementing, reviewing and training staff on emergency plans
- Planning, implementing, monitoring and reviewing the health and safety strategies, policies, plans and procedures of the organisation and projects
- Report writing to clients
- Reviewing and development of risk assessments and fall protection plans
- Training of Staff members
- Enforcing compliance to act and regulations
- Conducting Incident investigations
- Maintain an efficient recording system to ensure that all training and licencing of operators and any other HSE incident records are kept safely.
