Innovative Physical Education Teacher bringing 4-year background instructing students. Expertise in classroom oversight, course planning and behavior management. Successful at collaborating with teachers, administrative leaders and support specialists to meet individual student needs. Committed to encouraging higher-order thinking to increase student performance.

My passion for sports goes well beyond what is expected of me as I am all about sports development and data collection to help students athletes become the best they can be.

• Took over underperforming program and achieved results in student performance, assessment scores and team sports.
• Created and oversaw physical education program covering 900 students during COVID-19 Lockdown.
• Collaborated with team of 10 in the development of The Disadvantaged Youth Empowerment Project (The Dye Club).
• Supervised team of 6 staff members.
• Achieved first time qualification to Varsity sports by introducing the Student Athlete Program (SAP) to assist in managing academics with sports performance. TUT Netball and Women's Rugby.
