2005 TO 2013 I was appointed as a Contract Manager at Bidvest Prestige to manage cleaning sector in Healthcare Division. I was reporting to the Operations Manager and the number of staff was 70+. 2013- 2016 I was appointed as an Operations Manager by the Labor Broker Company (AWP), I was looking after 200+ employees in different sectors at British American Tobacco. The duties of my team was Cleaning and Operating at Boiler House, Market Returns(Sorting and packing tobacco boxes, Loading and Offloading boxes from the Trucks, Primary production operators, Fork lifts drivers, Work at Heights Cleaners(High access cleaners and Conveyor belt operator(Technical Team). Contract Ended 2016- 2018 I was appointed as an Operations Manager at Servest Group (Cleaning Division) my duties was looking after 47 sites around Gauteng Province. I was looking after 8 Supervisors, 3 Contract Managers and 104 Cleaners (Cleaning Specialist). I was reporting to the Branch Manager. Resigned 2018-2020 JANUARY I was appointed as a Contract Manager at Bidvest Prestige for Healthcare Division. I was looking after 57 cleaning Specialist at Life Healthcare. 2020 till to 2022 I was appointed as an Area Manager at Semango Motors and Enyathuko Enterprise (Pty) Ltd. I am currently doing Sales and Marketing for Enyathuko Enterprise. At Semango Motors I am also doing sales and managing all the Mechanical Staff at different Workshops, doing sites visit where we do services. I also control the direct expenses, buying and Supplying Part for White, Yellow and Red fleet. I am looking after 12 Staff specializing in Diesel Mechanical. 2022 to Date: I am currently appointed as a Regional Manager for Western Cape and Northern Cape Region. Looking after 13 clients and 204 Cleaning team across Western Cape and Northern Cape. My biggest client is Woolworths Foods Distribution Centre and Woolworths Textile Distribution Centre.
