I firmly believe that each person has their contribution within our working environment and one cannot be without the other. I believe that respect is earned and that trust and honesty is one of the most important characteristics for construction - to always give honest and accurate feedback and the ability to resolve issues. One of the key skills I have developed is to break down big tasks and to start them as soon as opportunity arise, thus reducing stress that can lead to poor judgement, poor decision making, injuries or death, lost time, poor quality work, waste of resources.
