Summary
I started my teaching career by working from the "bottom" and have vast experience with all Primary School aged learners. Serving and teaching learners from as young as 4 years old, through to grade 7, I have been able to learn and see which gaps need to be filled. I strive to help and serve wherever possible and I am driven to develop and deliver high quality education to all the learners who are in my hands.
Further, I believe in serving quietly and diplomatically, leading by example. If I am in any way able to assist a colleague and help them to grow, it is truly fulfilling for me. My goal is to be a steward and to lead by serving my colleagues, in order to bring the best out of them.
