  • Implement and Manage the Performance management system for all employees.

  • Monitor and keep track of progress of the Performance Management Evaluations.
  • Capture/Approve performance management ratings on PERSAP and ensure effective capturing of incentives.
  • Conduct Verbal and Written Performance appraisals.
  • Present the Individual development plans to supervisors/management.

MANAGE AND MONITOR HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT & ADMINISTRATION

  • Ensure completion of all necessary documentation on new employees, Medical Aid, Pension Fund, Housing allowance, etc.
  • Administer the employee pension benefits.
  • Manage service termination, (ill health, death, dismissal, retirements etc) and capturing thereon.
  • Administration of Equity programs and procedures.
  • Inspecting all HR Registers i.e. Movement Register, Disciplinary register, Service Termination register etc.
  • Drawing of reports and giving feedback and reply to any enquiries from the Provincial Office and Head Office.
