• Assist with answering calls professionally and accurately within 3 rings

• Direct calls the correct channel via WEBEX

• Taking detailed messages when the relevant person is not available and distributed via WhatsApp

• Attend weekly meetings (1 per week) with debtors’ department and RM

• Load Purchase Order on Laserfiche, make follow up on POPs after the payment run

• Assist clients with invoices and statements and queries on accounts.

• Travel and Commission claims are reconciliation for monthly payroll input

• Consolidate the monthly payroll input with RM

Petty cash management

Keep receipts

Compile Monthly debit card reconciliation and send it to treasurer

Escalate credit card queries to treasures

Send staff claims for payment to creditors

New Deal management

• Ensure that new client is loaded on CMS and allocated to the correct consultant and that client information is correct
