  • Managed a team of 43 staff members and volunteers
  • Planned and successfully implemented an HIV adherence club in three different communities over a period of one year where 300 individuals who are on treatment benefited.
  • Served as a member of National Action Committee for Children Affected by HIV/AIDS (NACCA) during 2014-2017 where policies affecting children living with HIV were developed.
  • Attended a conference in Rome in 2016 where I was one of two individuals who represented the country on early diagnosis and treatment for children living with HIV organized by CARITAS where the role of faith-based organization on enrolling as many children on treatment was applauded.

I have worked in an environment where I traveled a lot and as a result I developed the love for travelling and meeting new people, seeing places and learning how other people live in other parts of the country and abroad as a result I try to do it often with family and friends exploring our beautiful country.

A friend discovered that I work with communities and as a result am familiar with public speaking, she invited me to speak at a wedding of her family member and I have been doing it ever since whenever the opportunity presents itself.

Due to working with different communities around the country in my line of work, I learned how important communication is when you are in unfamiliar environment and working with different communities. I learned to use it to my advantage especially when we needed to robe in Chiefs and communities when we were rolling out community outreaches in mostly rural areas.
