• Reviewing the audit work completed by the team.

• Project creation in CRM, as well as Sentinel, CRA, and ERAs.
• Counseling the counselees assigned to me, which includes completing the ANAs/PDS, as well as meetings throughout the year to track their performance.
• Assisted counselees on MPP (My performance plans) that were not performing up to standard with a proactive plan for upcoming engagements, as well as continuous meetings to monitor the progress of the development points.
• Improved client relations by maintaining open lines of communication and addressing concerns promptly.
• Managed a team of trainees, ensuring accurate and timely completion of audit projects.
• Consistently met deadlines for audit reports, helping maintain company reputation for reliability and professionalism.
