Priority tasks were to review the existing UX Bootcamp content, assist the 3 other SMEs hired to develop the User Research, UI Design and Design Thinking Bootcamps and to create and curate all documentation and processes for onboarding in place for hiring.
Revamped the UX course entirely and researched and implemented an LMS.
