I am a professional jack of all trades, that thrives on knowing that no matter what you do in life, there's always lessons to learn.
On a professional level - I worked for a Publisher and Public Relations company at the very beginning of my career. Although life pushed me towards property, its a career I haven't let go of as I still Blog and do social campaigns for publishing houses and authors around the globe.
I currently also assist Porcupine Press with monthly uploads of their latest publications and social networking output.
In 2004, life pushed me towards starting my career with property developers, which I stayed with for 13 years. I started off as a property administrator and ended up becoming their Portfolio Manager for the latter period of time. My core focus was on Commercial and Industrial properties. I thoroughly enjoyed the challenges provided in turn key developments and ran projects from procurement to development completion. On self owned properties , I ran the maintenance and assisted in the co-ordination of new leases that involved marketing, procuring and lease completion, this also included co-coordinating tenant occupations, tenant installations and tenant exits.
In 2017, my husband and I started our own company called CPM Facilitation with it's core focus being to assist landlords in managing their properties.
