- Through extensive business knowledge and initiative, I identified potential in the current system using gap analysis. The plant successfully implemented a renewed CIP matrix at the Midrand manufacturing site. Through phase implementation, over 2 years the plant has saved over R1.5million in water and chemicals, with an increase of 2.3% USLE across the pack hall. The learnings have been spread across CCBA.
- With the skills learnings and relationship management that came from being QAT across all departments across the Midrand production plant. I lead a team that moved the Midrand SCMAT score from a score of 2.2 in 2018 to 3.2 in 2019. Contributing to the overall plant score that has placed the plant in a position of reaching Gold status in 2020.
- As InfinityQS plant champion, based on learnings from Waveside, The InfinityQS programme was successfully rolled out across the production plant in Midrand. The movement from the QMS system required a great amount of data to be analysed interpreted and migrated onto the new InfinityQS system. Such strides have given a 4IR capability to Midrand production lines and systems.
