As a Logistics Coordinator in the animal feeds industry, I am responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of products from suppliers to clients. This includes coordinating transportation, managing loading and offloading processes, maintaining accurate records, and resolving any transport-related issues. I play a key role in maintaining the accuracy of logistics data, managing contracts, and compiling necessary documents for cross-border shipments. My key responsibilities include truck loading confirmation, weight management, data management (adding details of loads onto the system and updating weights as we receive them from suppliers and clients), contract management and reconciliation, transport query resolution, compiling essential documents for cross-border shipments, daily transport coordination, as well as maintaining effective communication with suppliers, transporters, and clients to ensure smooth coordination of all logistics activities.
