• Performs ADHOC troubleshooting support to Line engineers while maintaining 98% dispatch reliability.
• Monitors OEM health monitoring tools to pro-actively identify potential system failures well in advance and plan for rectification.
• Where no contracted maintenance provider is available, arrange once off approvals for aircraft certification from applicable CAA.
• Ensures that all work performed is completed in accordance with company's approved processes, procedures and is done safely to highest possible standards.

• Review and ensure compliance with applicable AD, SB, ALS requirements and other applicable documents.

• Prepare work documentation (engineering orders, job cards) to accomplish work as required by AD, SB etc.

• Define and request parts and materials for works necessary for accomplishment of AD, SB etc.

• Follow completion with maintenance team to ensure work is carried out as required and provide technical support as necessary.

• Compiled engine work scope for engines due for overall, detailing work required at shop visit.

• Approved extra work to be carried out at shop visit at cost not exceeding $10 000.
