Experienced in coordination and monitoring aircraft maintenance activities of more than 90 aircrafts. • Review and ensure compliance with applicable AD, SB, ALS requirements and other applicable documents.
• Prepare work documentation (engineering orders, job cards) to accomplish work as required by AD, SB etc.
• Define and request parts and materials for works necessary for accomplishment of AD, SB etc.
• Follow completion with maintenance team to ensure work is carried out as required and provide technical support as necessary.
• Compiled engine work scope for engines due for overall, detailing work required at shop visit.
• Assure modification embodiment is reported to OEM and vendors.
• Assure maintenance documentation affected with modification embodiment is updated by originator as necessary.
• Assure necessary modifications / retrofits are performed also on spare components as applicable.
• Provide technical support to maintenance department for trouble shooting and airframe and engine damage assessment.
• Control aircraft dent and buckle / structural repair charts.
