. Responsible for continuous monitoring of aircraft technical status, ensuring correct 24-hour short term maintenance planning and AOG recovery

. Providing immediate real time expert advice and guidance to pilots and ground engineers during their maintenance activity.

. Responsible for Interpretation of the MEL dispatch and technical trouble shooting.

. Follow up on re‑occurring defects and initiate rectification action to prevent AOG.

. Notify customers on the status of their aircrafts during maintenance and advice of any problems that will hinder their schedule.

. Reviewing all documentation from OEM related to modifications

. Issue paper work to carry out work to ensure compliance with SB's issued by OEM and all mandatory requirements issued by regulatory authorities.

. Consult with OEM on engineering related issues on behalf of the maintenance organization.

. Provide technical assistance and advice to technical teams on technical problems during maintenance.

. Monitoring status of aircrafts under maintenance and advice customer of any problems that will negatively affect customers schedule.

. Update and monitor MEL list and advice customers of any defects that might negatively affect their operation.

. Advice all stake holders of all aircraft changes that might affect their operations.

. Coordinate all AOG maintenance on aircrafts maintained by AMO.
