· I have been participating in athletics since I was at school and I am still highly active today.

· 2010 - I represented South Africa at the World senior cross country championships in Nairobi, Kenya

· 2011 - I was selected for the South African team Athletics 3000m steeplechase at the common wealth Games in India

· 2012 - I represented South Africa at the All African Games in Kenya in the 3000m Steeplechase

· 2014 - I was in the team to represent south Africa at the World Half Marathon Championships in Copenhagen,
