  • Escalate all issues and problems that arise to the relevant departments and copy all supervisors

  • Check if cancelled receipt is attached, confirm with the rep if email has been forwarded to Admin rep(Charmaine) and check if contact is done for the reason of cancellation
  • Manual receipt books to be audited before the end of the shift and submitted to cash office.
